All purchases of American Perks Club memberships are final.
Membership fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to a digital service and that no refunds will be provided once billing has occurred, except in limited circumstances described below.
2. No Refunds After Billing

- Accidental or unintended purchase

All charges are final once processed.
3. Subscription and Cancellation
American Perks Club operates on a recurring subscription basis.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will:
- Stop future billing
- Not affect charges already processed
- Not result in any refund, in whole or in part
You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation.
4. Immediate Access and Waiver
By completing your purchase, you expressly:
- Request immediate access to the membership and associated digital services; and
- Acknowledge that such access begins immediately upon purchase
To the extent permitted under applicable law, this constitutes a waiver of any right to cancel or receive a refund once the service has been accessed.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, American Perks Club may, at its sole discretion, review requests for refunds.
- Any such review does not create an obligation to issue a refund
- Any refund issued is one-time, non-precedential, and does not waive this policy
- We reserve the right to deny any request for any reason
6. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error (such as duplicate charges due to a technical issue), you must contact support promptly.
- Requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after the charge
- We reserve the right to determine whether a billing error occurred
- Approved corrections, if any, are issued at our sole discretion
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, you agree to contact American Perks Club to attempt resolution.
We reserve the right to:
- Contest any chargeback that we believe is valid
- Suspend or terminate your account in the event of abusive or fraudulent disputes
